Terms of service

The agreement between you and jurl cloud, in plain words.

These terms cover jurl cloud, the service at cloud.jurl.dev. The jurl command-line tool is open source and has its own licence (MIT or Apache-2.0). Leer en español.

Who provides the service

jurl cloud is provided by Raimundo García León, in Spain. You can write to info@jurl.dev about anything in these terms.

What jurl cloud does

jurl cloud reads public web pages for you, turns what it finds into sheets, and keeps them up to date. It answers with what the pages say and links to the page each value comes from. The reading is automatic, so a value can be wrong or out of date: check the source before you rely on it for something important.

Your account

Fair use

Use jurl cloud lawfully. In particular, do not use it to:

You are responsible for what you ask jurl cloud to read and for what you do with the results. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk, and we will tell you why.

Plans and payment

Cancelling and refunds

Your data

What you put into jurl cloud (questions, sheets, files) is yours, and so are the results. We only use it to provide the service to you, as the privacy policy explains. We do not use it to train models. From the console you can export your own data and delete your account, and owners can export their organization’s data.

Availability and changes

We work to keep jurl cloud running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never fail or always be available. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something you pay for, we tell you in advance and you can cancel.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost business), and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or gross negligence, or the rights of consumers.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. If you keep using jurl cloud after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of Murcia, Spain, except where the law lets a consumer go to the courts where they live.
