The jurl app connects Claude and ChatGPT to the sheets of your jurl cloud organization. Ask about a sheet and the assistant answers from its rows, quoting the page each value was read from. Ask for a sheet that doesn’t exist yet and jurl finds the sites, makes it, and starts reading them.
You need a jurl cloud account. The Free plan works.
Connect
- Claude (web, desktop and mobile): open Settings → Connectors, find jurl and select Connect. If it isn’t listed for you yet, select Add custom connector and paste
https://cloud.jurl.dev/api/mcp. - ChatGPT: open Apps, find jurl and select Connect.
- Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http jurl https://cloud.jurl.dev/api/mcp, then/mcpto sign in. - Any other MCP client: add the server
https://cloud.jurl.dev/api/mcp. It signs in with OAuth.
You then sign in to jurl cloud, pick the organization whose sheets the assistant may read, and select Allow.

- “Which venues in my events sheet have a date in December?”
- “Make a sheet of design agencies in Berlin with their services and team size.”
What it costs
Reading your sheets uses no page reads. create_sheet costs what making the same sheet in the console costs: it reads the sites with your plan’s page reads, and keeps the sheet up to date only when you ask and your plan allows it.
Permissions and disconnecting
The assistant can read every sheet of the organization you picked, and makes sheets only if your role can. A sheet it makes is yours, as one you make in the console. Each connection is a personal key that shows on the API keys page of jurl cloud, named after the app (for example Claude · sheets). Revoke it there, or disconnect jurl in Claude or ChatGPT, to stop it at once.
Your data
The assistant receives the sheets, rows and proofs it asks for, and only while you use it. What it does with them is covered by Claude’s or ChatGPT’s own terms. How jurl handles your data is in the privacy policy.
